One box. Plain English. Real data.
The Assistant is Job Collar's ad-hoc delivery mechanism — for any idea or question related to your JobAdder base and the external data we pull in around it. No boolean, no menus, no training. Ask what you'd ask a smart colleague; get the answer as an editable result you can act on.
Search candidates, contacts, movers, jobs, market signals. The Assistant picks the right tools behind the scenes.
Ask for an outreach, a brief, a shortlist write-up or a bulk campaign — signed as you, every line from real data.
Every card shows what came from JobAdder, what came from live enrichment, and what came from web signal.
Your last five questions. Plus the ones you pin.
A quiet upgrade to the Assistant sidebar: the last five questions you asked stay visible, and two or three can be pinned so they never fall off. Recruiters see their own history (and their team's patterns) — the tool teaches itself without training.
Users learn what the Assistant can do by seeing what they and their team keep going back to. The 'contacts at [account]' pattern spreads across a desk without a manual.
Pin two or three regular searches and they stay put. It feels like the tool is theirs — and it demonstrates more actions than a single query box ever could.
Recent + pinned per user is quiet signal: which queries drive real use, which pins spread across a team, which prompts should become one-click features on the home screen.
History is per-user by default. Nothing shared without an explicit team-pin action — the same privacy posture as every other Job Collar feature.
Private by construction.
The Assistant never sees a raw name, email, phone or CV. PII is redacted before the model call and rehydrated only in the rendered result on your screen.
Names, emails, phones and identifiers are replaced with tokens (Candidate_042, Company_017) before any prompt leaves your tenant.
The model reasons over the tokenised data. It never learns identities and cannot leak them across sessions or accounts.
Tokens are swapped back to the real values in your browser — you see 'Hayden Paterson', the model never did.
Career Movement, BD Leads, Relationship Health, Hiring-Now — all reachable from the Assistant when a recruiter would rather just ask.
